Background

David began working in real estate in 1979 in Capitola, California. He started his own business in 1987 offering real estate brokerage, property management and appraisals. His work expanded from small-town offerings to completing appraisals throughout California and Oregon. To date, he has completed and supervised over 10,000 appraisal reports, so his familiarity with the real estate market on the west coast is second to none. David and his wife moved from California in 2018 to live a quieter life in Medford where he now works independently completing appraisals all over Oregon and California.
